To delete an RAMs just head to the completed forms section 

You will now see a list of all your completed RAMs (Risk assessment and Method statements) and at the end of each  will see a little bin icon next to the  view / edit icon. 

Click on the bin and you will asked to confirm if you want to delete or not.
