Firstly head over to the tasks section

Click on the add a task button

Write out what the task is in the task field

Select a group - if you haven't created any groups or the right group yet, don't worry you can change this later, just leave it ungrouped

Add in what priority  the task is from the drop down menu

Low
Medium
High

Click add task

OK your task is now created

To add notes (or to view notes) to a task just click on the add notes link

To delete a task just click the x next to the name of the ask you want to delete

To mark a task as completed just click in the box next to a tasks name

To mark as todo again if you click by mistake just uncheck the tick box

To change the group or the priority just select the right one from the drop down boxs
