1. Click on view completed forms.
2. Select the form you want to open by clicking the view button.
3. Once you have the form open just click on the download form button
If your missing your company logo, then to add it in just click on your name (top right) and upload it, it will then be automatically added to all your forms.
To download a training matrix
Just head to training and click on the button to download selecting either PDF or Excel format as required.
